Loyally bound to Pasadena, CA since she was a young girl, Marissa graduated form beauty school in 2007. She then immediately began working at Salon Sessions as a head assistant for Neeko. She quickly excelled as an assistant due to her passion for hair and the education that Neeko provided her. She states that while working with Neeko, she received the best training possible for her career.
As a full-time hair stylist, Marissa specializes in textured, wavy and curly hair. She is a great asset to the Salon Sessions team, as her clientele base depends on her for relaxers, thermal styling, and bonded extensions. Her common goal is to make her clients feel like a celebrity and love their image.
Marissa also volunteers her efforts towards underprivileged children at group homes. She is an active member of our community and loves working at the salon.
